Booking

National artists with booking agents deal with our main talent buyer. If you do not have an agent or are a small agency we do not normally deal with contact:

Tom Dechristofaro - beachlandtom@gmail.com
Indie, Garage, Folk, Experimental, Electronic, and everything in between

Ryan Hodson - ryanbeachlandbooking@gmail.com
Rock, Jam, Reggae, Metal, Hip Hop, Punk, Rockabilly, Bluegrass, Americana, Roots, Special Events

Touring Acts

• If you have an audience in Cleveland send an email addressed to the appropriate talent buyer. No mass emails, please

• If you don't already have an audience or reason to believe you can get fans for your band out to the Beachland, this may not be the venue for you. The Beachland is a destination location, not a hang out with a built-in audience. So we expect each band to significantly help create their own draw. If you are from out of town and playing Cleveland for the first time, one way to do that is contact one or two local bands that might be compatible and create a full bill to present to our bookers.

Include:

• Links to your music (Facebook, ReverbNation, etc.) No Attachments
• A Brief Bio
• A brief Cleveland tour history
• Contact info (email & phone number)
• Target routing dates

Tips:

• Don’t oversell. Just be honest about your expectations and we’ll see what we can do.
• We get hundreds of booking requests which allows us to be selective. We try to get back to everyone, but it’s not often the news you want to hear.
• Be prepared to promote the show. We have a great in house publicist and a number of tools to assist you.

Local

• A member of the band should send an email addressed to the appropriate talent buyer.
• We book all local bands directly without exception.
• We love to support strong up-and-coming local bands and think Cleveland has amazing talent right now. Because of our strong inhouse marketing team, we can be especially helpful with CD release parties.

Include:

• Links to your music (Facebook, ReverbNation, etc.) No Attachments
• A brief bio
• A brief Cleveland Show history
• Contact info (email & phone number)
• Average draw

Tips:

• If you haven’t played here, identify a lower profile tavern show that you would like to support or put a bill together with bands that have played here and shop the bill to the appropriate booker.

• The best way to get a show here is to hang out here.

• Be realistic in your expectations. The bigger shows rarely want local support and in the rare occasions that they do the slot will go to bands with a solid history here.

• Be prepared to promote the show. We have a great in house publicist and a number of tools to assist you.
