Vendor Fees:

  • $65 per indoor space (7' x 8')
  • Table rental: $15 (requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the market)

Vendor Information

  1. Confirmation & Payment:
    Accepted vendors must confirm their spot by replying to the acceptance email and pay their vendor fee within 48 hours of confirmation.
    • Spaces are not considered reserved until payment and application are both received and approved.
    • Space is limited; market-day walk-ins will not be allowed.
  2. Refunds:
    No refunds will be issued for advance payments. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Cancellations:
    A $50 cancellation fee will apply if you withdraw after being accepted.
    • To avoid the fee, notify the venue at least one week prior to the event if you can no longer attend.
  4. Vendor Selection:
    To ensure a diverse market, Beachland Ballroom reserves the right to approve vendors based on:
    • Product type and demand
    • Number of vendors offering similar products
    • Space availability
  5. Event Policy:
    The market is rain, shine, or snow — all payments are non-refundable.
  6. Approval & Payment:
    Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.

  7. Payment Deadline:
    All payments must be received within 48 hours of confirmation to secure your spot.
