Hatched in Cleveland, Ohio, Big Hoke blends elements of New Orleans Jazz, early Rock n’ Roll, and a Singer/Songwriter mentality, this 4-piece band delivers piano-infused, original Americana and Roots/Rock/Revivalism that is truly unstoppable.
Led by songwriter, arranger, vocalist, and pianist Justin Gorski, who has been honing his craft since the age of 5, Big Hoke recorded “this, right now.” in the summer of 2024 at the famous Suma Recording Studio with producer/engineer Dave Shaw. The album’s singles, “Another Thing Coming” and “Going Down,” showcase the band’s dynamic range, from rock n’ roll to zydeco-inspired sounds.
