Deep within the depths of Lake Erie, there lies a terrible beast; one darker than the deepest cave of the Whiskey Island salt mines, hot enough to relight the mouth of the Cuyahoga River, and striking enough to create tragedy worse than the wreckage of the legendary Edmond Fitzgerald.
The beast is Ignominious.
Born from the desolate wastelands of the Covid-19 pandemic and built from fragments of other local bands circling the Sandusky, Ohio metal scene, Ignominious grew its first batch of songs in their EP "OMNIDETH" as quickly Dave Blunts cancelled his headlining tour in 2025. Leaving no structure untouched, they spent the next year creating firestorms in their neighboring city of Cleveland, landing show after show opening for other local heavy-hitters at local venues in the area and, like the pandemic the group was born in, they quickly spread their terrifyingly powerful riffs across the globe.

Mutilatred are the unsung pioneers of the current "Primitive Caveman" Death Metal movement. Releasing a demo in 2014, followed by their first full length debut album, Dissecting Your Future in 2015, Mutilatred took audiences by storm with their devastating live performances. Originally including Patrick Meyers formerly of Premonitions of War, the band rarely turned down any show request, even playing as a 2 piece in rare cases, never failing to utterly "wow" any crowd. So much so, that in 2018 the band were hand-picked by Trevor of The Black Dahlia Murder to support them on a run of dates.
A few EPs later and pandemic nearly behind them, Mutilatred are back with their sophomore full length, Determined to Rot, their strongest and, by far, most sonically punishing release. 2022 is the year Mutilatred become a household name among Death Metal fanatics. For those uninitiated, Mutilatred are the MORTICIAN of our current generation and anyone who's ever seen them live will tell you the same.
